This machine is mainly used for checking the hardness of races and rollers, which should be within the specified standards of 58-65 HRC (Rockwell Hardness).

By this equipment, we are maintaining consistent quality of microstructure as per standard norms in prime raw material as well as in heat-treated rings, roller & balls after each process like hardening, tempering etc. It leads to improving the bearing performance.
