This Japanese machine is mainly used for the checking the surface finish of the races after the honing and grinding process. It is also used for R&D purposes to improve the longevity and the quality of ZNL bearings.
This machine is mainly used for analyzing the curvature obtained in the rollers and rings after the grinding process.
This machine is mainly used for checking the hardness of races and rollers, which should be within the specified standards of 58-65 HRC (Rockwell Hardness).
One of the most indigenous made microscopes. It is used for checking the microstructure of bearing components. By this equipment, we are maintaining consistent quality of microstructure as per standard norms in prime raw material as well as in heat-treated rings, roller & balls after each process like hardening, tempering etc. It leads to improving the bearing performance.
