DLT Bearing Product Range

Spherical Roller Bearings (S.R.B)
SRB’s is designed to manage high radial loads and perform consistently even with misalignments, marginal lubrication, contamination as well as in critical applications.

› These bearings are non-separable double row radial bearings with barrel shaped rollers, thus due to this design    pattern they are irreplaceable in many demanding applications.
› Standards: Produced According to ISO
› Series: 22200, 22300, 23000, 23200, 24000 and 24100
› Applications: Mainly used in power plants, pulp and paper mills, mining, oilfields, shaker screens, wind turbines, gear drives and rolling mills.
Taper Roller Bearings (T.R.B)
These bearings are suitable for carrying important radial and axial load simultaneously.  Single row taper roller bearings are separable radial bearings.

› It consists of 4 independent components:
»  The CONE (Inner Ring)
»  The CUP (Outer Ring)
»  Taper Rollers (Rolling Elements)
»  The Cage (Roller retainer)

› It is said that the taper angles allow the bearing to handle a combination of radial and axial load.
› The steeper the cup angle the greater the ability of bearing to handle thrust loads.
› Standards: Produced According to ISO
› Series: 30200, 30300, 32000, 32200, 32300, 33000, 33100 and 33200
› Applications: Mainly used in the automobile industry, heavy gear boxes, pumps, compressors etc.
Cylindrical Roller Bearing (C.R.B)
The C.R.B’s are designed to manage heavy radial loads – considering the contact geometry and the critical dimensions of the rollers as well as the raceway diameters.
› It consists of an inner ring, outer ring with a cage containing a complement of rollers.
› Apart from that application conditions, mounting and assembly requirements guides the selection of C.R.B’s.
›  Single row C.R.B’s include: N, NJ, NU and NUP type whereas double row mainly include:

NNU and NN types.

»  The cage of C.R.B’s could be of brass or polyamide.
»  They are produced according to ISO standards.
»  Application: Heavy duty gear boxes, steel rolling mills, mining industries, oilfield, mechanical
    presses etc.
Needle Roller Bearings (N.R.B)
N.R.B’s are rolling bearings consisting of rollers that are long and thin in relation to their diameter.
› It consists of a machined and ground channel shaped outer ring with a complement of needle rollers retained and guided by a cage.
› In spite of their low cross-section N.R.B’s have a high load carrying capacity and shock resistance with a relatively small radial cross section.
› Thus this attractive design of N.R.B’s provides it optimum speed and lubrication retention capacity.
› They are produced according to ISO standards.
› Application: Mainly used in consumer goods, construction, agriculture, automotive, gear pump, two cycle-engines and much more.
Angular Contact Bearings
› Designed to manage both radial and axial loads simultaneously,
› Available in single and double row configurations
› Single row angular contact bearings have high thrust capacity in one direction and for maximum performance some of them are designed for duplex mounting too.
› Furthermore to support higher axial loads ball contact angles are created between the bearing raceways and shoulders. Higher the angle betters the axial load capacity.
› Whereas double row angular contact bearings offer higher rigidity, compactness and radial capacity.
› They are produces according to ISO standards
› Series: 7000, 7200, 7300, 3200, 3300
› Applications: Used in pumps, compressors and many other general industrial applications.
Spherical Roller Thrust Bearing
spherical roller thrust bearings have a self aligning capability.
› Due to the above reason it makes the bearing insensitive to shaft deflection and misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing.
› These bearing are separable and are able to manage heavy axial loads permitting relatively higher speed operations.
› They are produced according to the ISO standards
› Series: 29300 and 29400
› Applications: Heavy gear boxes, vertical shafts and many other heavy industrial applications.
